It took me a while to realize this, but it’s really that simple. Introduce a product the way you thought of it. When you come up with a good idea it’s quite often that you’ll expand upon it. And expand upon it. And expand upon it. And, you get the point.
The way we should introduce and build a product for your consumers should be much in the same way you conceived the idea, one step at a time. It’s great that you have this grandiose idea, but it’s going to take time for people to see it the same way you do. So start simple and introduce just the core behind your product and let it grow from there.
You should always be many steps ahead of your consumers. That’s your vision. It’s important to release a smaller version of your product, get feedback, and use that to help drive the vision. Don’t wait until every bell and whistle is complete, start simple and introduce your product the way you thought of it.
